Shipping policy

Local Shipping within Singapore

Orders will process in 1 business days and the courier will need 2-3 business days to deliver the package.
If the order is placed on Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday, we will process the order promptly once back at work!
The customer will received an email containing shipping information and a tracking number upon shipment.

Standard rate – SGD5 applicable for order under SGD150
Free Shipping – purchase SGD150 and above

Our cancellation policies

Please cancel the order within 60 minutes after completing your order.
The order is not subject to cancellation once the package has been dispatched to the courier company

How many duties and taxes should I pay?

We are not able to provide an estimate of duties and taxes as this information will vary depending on the country.
Kindly note that once the order is placed you are responsible for all the duties, taxes and customs charges.
If you choose to return the item, you are required to receive the package first before applying for a refund.

Please note that delivery service is only available for valid residential and office addresses within Singapore and international destinations. Orasyl reserves the right to decline any delivery to any address with restricted access or is inaccessible.

All orders will be shipped within 14 Working Days upon confirmation.

* Delivery may be delayed for 7 – 14 days due to circuit breaker.

**Working Day refers to Monday to Saturday, and does not include Sunday and Public Holidays or any blackout dates imposed by Orasyl. There will be no delivery service on Sundays and Public Holidays or any blackout dates imposed by Surgisyl.

  • The earliest delivery date will be 7 – 14 Working Days from the date of Order. All delivery will be fulfilled within one month from date of Order unless stated otherwise, or unless there is delay caused by reasons or circumstances beyond the control of Orasyl.
  • Delivery shall take place on the date and time stipulated in the Order Confirmation. If a particular time slot is full due to overwhelming demand or is otherwise unavailable, Orasyl reserves the right to reschedule the time and/or date of delivery and will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery time and/or date.
  • You are responsible for ensuring that a recipient is present to receive the delivery and to sign on a Orasyl Delivery Note during the specified time slot. Any deliveries will incur additional delivery fee based on the above delivery charge (as the case may be) per delivery at your expense.
  • There will be a re-delivery charge imposed on you in case of any changes in delivery details after the delivery has been made.
